Whilst Josh has a wealth of experience when it comes to preparing fine food, he is a firm believer in delegation, training and trust.
Amongst the dedicated team are members of Josh's immediate family, his sister Holly, managing front of house, his brother Scott will often be found behind the bar, his mother Gail, running the administration and Dad, Chris doing anything left on the list.
As well as relying on his family, Josh is carefully assembling a highly professional team. Regular customers will recognise the style and experience of head chef Alex Eggington and sous chef Nikki James together with trainee chef Scott Elms and the warm welcome and professional attitude of our house manager Ben Angel and his assistant manager Alex Good.
As well as these key members of the team, we hope you will find all our bar staff, waiters and waitresses, welcoming, helpful and informative.
